HEAD OF CRM

THE JOB

Conversion and retention are key. Do you like data? Do you like challenges? Do you like to improve, recreate? With a constantly growing users database, each of your decision will have a significant impact after a few hours. We have important volume.

- Crunching sales, marketing and product data
- A/B testing
- Take data driven decisions to tailor the communication to customers based on transactional, behavioural and segmentation data
- Take on ad hoc design projects as needed
- Work closely with our management team to streamline process and assist in intelligently scaling a vibrant business
- Drive data driven decisions to tailor the communication to customers based on transactional, behavioural, propensity and segmentation data
- Continual development of the CRM platform
- Cover all customer lifecycle from conversion, cross sell / up sell and reactivation with the aim to maximise customer engagement, retention and life time value
- Define and implement customer loyalty programs
- Define customer segmentation and craft vision, strategy and scalable programs for targeted consumer-segment communication
- Identify new opportunities to improve customer lifetime experience


The position will be based in our new office in downtown Paris, France.
Full Time Contract
Salary: Depending on profile and XP
Start date: ASAP

YOUR PROFILE

Naturally curious, you're innovative, creative when designing graphics and editing photos in Adobe Photoshop or InDesign. Highly motivated, you are willing to dedicate time when it comes to building great products. You have a swarm of new ideas, you like to build and setup new projects and drive them to exceptional delivery. You’re ambitious, self-motivated and a self-starter and you know how to work with a team with goals and deadlines.

- Top Business School or Engineering School
- Analytical skills and data driven

- Intimate knowledge of Excel
- Experience in a central CRM strategy role in a global ecommerce environment at management level

- Growth hacker spirit
- Excited to learn
- Strategic, innovative and proven in operating in a challenging and highly entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional communicator - ability to communicate at the highest level both written and verbal in French and English
